We can convert any long wheelbase 3.5 tonne van. The examples featured are based on a Renault Master or Vauxhall Movano chassis. All vehicles have diesel engines, power steering and 5 or 6 speed gear boxes. These vans weigh approximately 2150kgs unladen built to our standard spec. This enables you to carry approximately 1,350kgs which you will find is adequate for most people’s needs with 2 horses. Standard height 3.5 ton Renault Master Horse box ( same height as Ifor Williams 505 trailer 7ft 1 inch)  The top door and ramp are made of a steel construction with a fibre glass face. This allows us to keep the aesthetical look and shape of the van. The inside structure is made from a lightweight 14mm panel. We aim to keep things as light as possible without compromising strength. This will allow you more pay load to play with and better performance and fuel consumption than you would get with heavier conventional conversion. The front bulkhead is reinforced with light weight steel and covered with a panel, then light weight rubber. A viewing window can be added at the customer request. We design the tack area according to your specifications. This can include seating, cupboards and wardrobes. All of vehicles are sprayed to your own specification and graphics to suit you.
